Our Return Policy:
Most items sold by Top Appliance Parts .com may be returned within 30 days of delivery
for refund. Item(s) must be in original condition, and in original packaging.
Unfortunately certain items we cannot accept returns on, such as:
- * Any electrical or gas item that has been plugged in or installed.
- * Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- * Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
- * Manuals, books, cleaners, liquids, adhesives, sealants, paint, transmissions,
compressors, dryer drums, washer tubs, stove or range tops, thermometers, voltmeters,
tape.
How to process Returns:
- If you need to return an item please contact our Customer
Service Department.
- Please provide Order Number or PO Number & the Part Number that you will
be returning.
- We will email you back with Return Instructions, and an additional email with the
Return Paperwork.
- Print off the Return Paperwork and include it
in the Return Box.
- TopApplianceParts.com customers are responsible for the shipping and handling
costs for returns, so you can ship this part back to us via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
whichever you prefer.
- Please get some form of tracking number so you can track your package to insure
it is received by us.
- Upon receiving your return, parts will be inspected.
- After inspection we will process your refund for the item amount and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 -10 business days.
- Please keep in mind that depending on your credit card company, it may take a few
days for the credit to post to your account.
- We are sorry but we are unable to process a refund for the shipping and handling
costs unless the return is due to an error that we made.
Changes to the order:
In order to serve you in the most efficient way possible, we process your order
as soon as it's placed. Therefore, once you place your order by clicking on the
submit button, you cannot change your order. If you need to order additional items,
simply place another order.
As long as the order has not been forwarded to our warehouse for processing we can
make changes to your order, once your order has been processed we will not be able
to make any changes to it.
Order Cancellation:
If for some reason you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible,
You
may cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse
for processing. Once your order has been processed we will not be able to cancel
your order.
Shipping rates & methods:
We have following flat rate shipping methods:
- FedEx Ground Residential = $10.95
- Your order will be received within 2-5 business days,
weather permitting.
- FedEx Second Day = $29.95
- Your order will be received within 2 business days,
weather permitting.
* Please keep in mind that if an order is
placed on a Thursday, you will not receive your order until Monday. Also if your
order was placed on a Friday, you will not receive your order until Tuesday.
Bussiness days are Monday-Friday
Please Note that regardless of the number of shipments it takes to complete your
order, you will be charged only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
TopApplianceParts.Com DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes,
if you place an order using a PO Boxes as your Ship To Address your Order
will not be Processed.
Shipping Internationally:
TopApplianceParts.Com does not currently ship internationally.
