Mix large and small things when loading washing machine.
- Before loading it is recommended to weigh loaded linen (the maximum load you can see from the instructions
to your washing machine)
- For the best results in establishing a balanced load, mix both large and small pieces of clothing
together. Do not load a washing machine with single large items (for
example, a dressing gown or the big beach towel).
- Before closing the loading hatch, be sure the latch is properly closing.
- Please note that if the hatch is not tightly closed, the washing machine will not work.
As a general rule, clothing labels are available with instructions that provide information on care (whether
or not to expose clothes to dry cleaning, or if it should be washed
by hand, or if you can wash it in the washing machine), temperature
of washing and temperature at which the fabric should be ironed at.
Unsatisfactory results of drying
Make sure that:
- There are no problems with the rinse/spin cycle.
- The drain pump is not clogged;
- Drying time (not less than 20 minutes) and recommended volumes of loading is correctly chosen;
- The water valve is open.
Unsatisfactory rinse/spin results
Many models of modern washing machines have the system automatically detect an imbalanced load of laundry in
the drum. In the case of loading a washing machine with heavy things, the system can automatically reduce the speed of the drum in the extraction
to avoid damage to the washing machine or even just to interrupt the cycle of rinse/spin, if the imbalance is significant.
- If at the end of rinse/spin cycle things remain wet, put large items mixed up with small items in
the drum to balance the load, and repeat the rinse/spin cycle.
- If after that the problem persists, see "Problems with water drainage and water extraction"
Problems with water drainage and water extraction
Make sure that:
- The program with an automatic water drainage is chosen;
- The button that stops a washing machine with water (to prevent wrinkling) is not accidentally
pressed, if it is available on your washing machine;
- The Drain pump is not clogged;
- The Drain hose is not cross clamping
- The water drain is not clogged.
The most frequent reason for clogging
or improper drainage issues is getting foreign objects. First of all
clean the filter, check to see whether there’s a bend or not on the
drain hose, whether water freely follows from a drain hose.
You can call a technician, or do the
following: close the valve submitting water to the washing machine and
turn away a hose. Clean a grid of the filter which is usually located
on a washing machine in that place where the hose is fastened. If a
filter grid is clean, then place the free end of a hose in a bathroom
or to a bucket, and open the water delivery crane to a washing machine.
If water delivery is weak it is necessary to clean the filter or to
call a plumber. If water pressure is normal and a grid is clean, then
it's necessary to call the qualified expert technician.
If the hose and the filter are perfectly
in order, then that would indicate a problem with the pump and it is
necessary to call an expert technician.
Vibration of a washing machine while you squeeze
Make sure that:
- In a washing machine installation the time transport bolts have been removed;
- The washing machine is correctly leveled across and there is a sufficient space between surrounding subjects
Make sure that:
- The nut on the hose end is densely tightened, under a nut there is a sealing lining;
- The liquids distributor reservoir is not clogged by the detergent powder residue
- The detergent powder for automatic washing machines is used;
- The drain hose is reliably fixed.
